Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with SeeYourGlow Beauty! We partner with vetted fulfillment partners and multiple warehouses to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Because we work with more than one warehouse, some orders may ship in more than one parcel and use different carriers.

 

Where we ship

 

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom, United States, Canada, European Union, Australia & New Zealand, and most other international destinations.
  • We do not ship to countries under trade sanctions or where carrier service is unavailable.

If shipping to your country isn’t shown at checkout, please contact us.

 

Processing times

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off may begin processing the next business day.
  • Pre-order/back-order items will show an estimated ship date on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Final shipping costs and available methods are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and item(s). Certain beauty items (e.g., aerosols, perfumes) may be ground only and ineligible for expedited/air services due to carrier regulations.

Peak seasons, customs inspections, severe weather, and carrier constraints can extend these windows.

 

Carriers & tracking

  • We ship with major carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, Canada Post, AusPost, and regional partners.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your parcel leaves the warehouse.
  • Some orders may first show a third-party tracking aggregator reference, which converts to the final carrier once the parcel is in transit. This is normal with multi-carrier fulfillment.

 

Split shipments

 

If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may ship separately. You’ll get a tracking number for each parcel at no extra cost.

Address changes & order edits

 

  • We start processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email support@seeyourglowbeauty.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • We can’t guarantee changes after processing begins.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or return-to-sender. Re-shipping fees may apply.

 

Delivery issues

  • Marked delivered but not received? Please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and safe places. Carriers may scan parcels 24–48 hours before actual delivery.
  • If still missing after 2 business days, contact us and we’ll help open a carrier trace/claim. We may require a non-receipt affidavit to proceed.
  • Lost in transit: If a parcel shows no movement beyond the carrier’s typical timeline, we’ll assist with a replacement or refund per the carrier investigation.
  • Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel, packaging, and product so we can resolve it promptly.

 

Customs, duties & taxes (international)

  • For deliveries outside your order’s origin country/region, import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Refusal to pay fees that results in return or abandonment may incur charges deducted from any refund.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

 

 

  • PO Boxes: Accepted for many postal shipments (e.g., Royal Mail/USPS). Courier services (UPS/FedEx/DHL) generally cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Supported for selected items via postal methods only; hazardous/flammable items are not eligible.

 

Restricted items

 

Certain cosmetics (aerosols, nail polish, perfumes, high-alcohol content) are classified as Dangerous Goods and must ship via ground within specific regions. These may have longer delivery windows or geographic restrictions shown at checkout.

When to contact us about a late parcel

 

  • Domestic (same-region) shipments: No delivery after 15 business days from dispatch.
  • International shipments: No delivery after 25 business days from dispatch.
    We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

 

Holiday & peak-season note

Black Friday/Cyber Week, Christmas, Lunar New Year, and other peak periods can substantially increase processing and transit times across all carriers.
